We're sorry to hear that you want to leave us. In general, we offer a very short notice period: You can cancel your membership at any time up until the day before the last day of your current membership in just a few steps:
- Log in with your email address at www.yogaeasy.com
- Select "My Account" in the top right corner of your browser
- In the “My Yoga Membership” section, you’ll find a button to cancel your membership
- You will always receive a cancellation confirmation via email
- After your cancellation, you can continue to use your membership until the end of the current term and have access to all videos and content.
If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation via email, please contact us through our contact form.

If you wish to cancel in writing (via email or post), please provide us with your email address so we can easily find your account.

Cancelling Apple or Google Subscriptions
If you signed up for your membership through the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS), we are unable to process your cancellation. The cancellation must be done directly through the third-party provider. Here is more information on this topic:

If you wish to use YogaEasy again later, simply log in as usual and go to "My Account" and sign up for a new membership under "My Yoga membership".
