There can be various reasons for this.
When registering, please check: Are you using the correct email address on your Yoga Pass? It may happen that you are registered with us with several e-mail addresses.
Do you use an Apple ID to log in with us? Then select the SIGN IN WITH APPLE button to log in. If it still doesn't work, then read this article: I have an Apple subscription and can't log in
If you are using a Googlemail address, please check which email address you are logged in with @gmail.com or @googlemail.com
