There can be various reasons for this.
When registering, please check:
- Are you using the correct email address on your Yoga Pass? It may happen that you are registered with us with several e-mail addresses.
- Do you use an Apple ID to log in with us? Then select the SIGN IN WITH APPLE button to log in. If it still doesn't work, then read this article: I have an Apple subscription and can't log in
- If you are using a Googlemail address, please check which email address you are logged in with @gmail.com or @googlemail.com
