Sometimes the confirmation email sent through Calendly is filtered by your spam filter. To avoid the filter, save this email address notifications@calendly.com in your contacts or add it to the safe senders list.
It can also help if you put the IP addresses: 167.89.22.99 and 149.72.200.43 on your email provider's whitelist.
This happens particularly often with t-online email addresses. We recommend trying a different email address or using the SMS function. You will receive the Zoom ID on your cell phone one hour before the live class begins.
