I'm in the live class, but there's no sound. What do I have to do?

There can be different reasons for this scenario.

1. Check if your speakers are turned on.
2. Perform the speaker test on Zoom. (Settings > Audio) Here you can choose which output source you want to use.
3. If nothing helps, please re-enter into the Zoom meeting.
