Did you possibly make an error when entering your details manually? Please double-check the CVC code, PIN, postal code, or your credit card number.

Do you have the option to use a different payment method, such as direct debit or PayPal? If so, we recommend trying another payment method.

Have you tried to make the payment too many times in a row? Sometimes, your credit institution might see this as potential misuse of your card and block it for security reasons. You can try again the next day or contact your credit institution and ask them to approve these payments.

Alternatively, you can ask your card issuer for the reason behind the rejection and whether they can allow YogaEasy payments. Unfortunately, we often cannot intervene in card rejections since transactions are typically declined by the credit institutions. This happens frequently with cards from Switzerland and Austria.
