How to Add Videos to Your Calendar on YogaEasy

You can add videos and upcoming live events to your YogaEasy calendar to help you plan your practice and keep track of the content you want to watch. You can manage your calendar on both the website and the mobile app.

 

On the Website

  1. Sign in to your YogaEasy account.
  2. Open the video or live event you want to schedule.
  3. Click Add to Calendar.
  4. Select Add to My Calendar to add it to your YogaEasy calendar.

You can also add a video or live event to an external calendar, such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook:

  1. Select the external calendar service you want to use.
  2. Follow the instructions to add the event to your calendar.

Please note: External calendar options are only available on the website. External calendars are managed by their respective providers, not by YogaEasy.

 

In the Mobile App

  1. Open the YogaEasy app and sign in.
  2. Tap Calendar in the bottom menu.
  3. Select the date you want to schedule a video for.
  4. Tap Add Video.
  5. Choose the videos you want to add.

Your changes will be saved automatically.

Please note: In the mobile app, you can add videos to your YogaEasy calendar, but you can’t add them directly to external calendars such as Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

 

Marking Videos as Completed

Once you’ve watched a video, it may display a green checkmark to indicate that you’ve completed it.

Depending on the options available, you may also be able to mark a video as watched manually:

  1. Open the video from your calendar.
  2. Select Complete Video for Today or Mark as Watched, if available.

Can I use my YogaEasy calendar on both the website and the mobile app?

Yes! Your YogaEasy calendar is synced across the website and the mobile app, so you can view and manage your scheduled content in either place.

Can I add videos to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?

Yes. You can add videos or live events to supported external calendars from the website. This option isn’t available in the mobile app.

What if I want to change the date of a scheduled video?

You can remove the video from its current date and add it to a different date. Open the relevant date in your calendar, remove the video, and then follow the steps above to schedule it for the new date.
