Have you already tried updating the app? There might be an update available in the App Store.
If the issue persists after the update, please try the following:
- Close the app by double-clicking the Home button and swiping the app upwards. Then reopen it.
- If you're logged in, try logging out and back in again.
- Sometimes deleting the app and downloading it again can help.
- You can also try restoring your subscription. You'll find this option in the app under "Settings."
- Another option that may help is restarting your smartphone/tablet completely.
- If your subscription still isn't displaying correctly, please check if you have multiple email addresses associated with YogaEasy. The Yoga-Pass might be linked to a different email address.
