Email notifications and app notifications are managed separately, so you’ll need to adjust each set of settings individually.
How to Manage Email Notifications on the Website
- Sign in to your YogaEasy account.
- Click your profile image in the top-right corner.
- Select Email Notifications from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to My Notifications.
- Choose which types of emails you’d like to receive:
- News & Updates
- Promotions
- Community Updates
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Please note: Essential transactional emails, such as invoices and important account notifications, cannot be turned off through these settings.
How to Manage App Notifications
You can customize the notifications you receive in the YogaEasy mobile app.
- Open the YogaEasy app and sign in.
- Tap More in the bottom-right corner.
- Select General.
- Tap Notification Settings.
- Use the available toggles to turn individual notification types on or off.
Depending on the options available in your app, you may be able to manage notifications for:
- Posts by admins
- Comments and replies
- Likes
- Activity on posts you follow
- Direct messages
- Live events
- Newly scheduled videos
- Newly available videos
You can also disable push notifications entirely through your device settings.
On iPhone (iOS): Open Settings > Notifications, select the YogaEasy app, and turn off Allow Notifications.
On Android: Open Settings > Apps, select the YogaEasy app, tap Notifications, and turn notifications off. The exact steps may vary depending on your device.

Can I stop receiving all emails from YogaEasy?
You can turn off optional email notifications in your account settings. However, essential transactional emails, such as invoices and important account notifications, may still be sent.
I turned off notifications in the app, but I’m still receiving emails. Why?
Email notifications and app notifications are managed separately. Turning off app notifications won’t stop emails from YogaEasy. To manage both, update your email preferences on the website and your notification settings in the app.
