Absolute beginner?
We recommend complete beginners start with Esther Ekhart’s Yoga for Beginners course or Andrew Wrenn´s Yoga for Complete Beginners course. This will teach you the foundational poses found in most styles of yoga.
Ideally, you should take a 10-hour beginners' yoga course with an experienced local yoga teacher at the same time as YogaEasy. The teacher's corrections will guarantee that you perform the basic movements correctly and don't get into the habit of incorrect postures - and at the same time you'll be able to cope better with your YogaEasy videos at home!
